On - Line Lessons Are A Reality

Soon To Be Published - Detailed Lesson, Drills, Photos, Tips

October 1, 1997 -- Hit The Ball has published and will update baseball lessons on-line. The Hit The Ball site now contains tips, terms and some helpful tips. In the near future plans include updating with other detailed lesson plan. Topics currently being constructed include Pitching, Catching, Baserunning, Bunting, and Strength Training & Conditioning.

Coach Ray Suplee is available for individual private lessons as he teaches at The Ballpark at Duluth. If you are interested in booking lesson time with Coach Suplee click on the link. There is information concerning the private lessons as well as scheduling.

Best of luck with the remainder of your summer baseball schedule. Remember, the fall and winter are the best time to invest in your future. While it is difficult to dedicate time during the season to intense practice, the off-season is a great time. Keep swinging and Hit The BALL!
