LESSON #1 - Pre-Pitch Movement, Stride, and Launch Position. This lesson deals with everything a hitter does prior to actually swinging the baseball bat. This lesson details the steps a hitter goes through to put themselves into a strong position to hit the ball.
LESSON #2 - The Baseball Swing. This lesson picks up where lesson #1 leaves off. Once the hitter gets into strong position to hit, the baseball bat is brought into and through the contact zone. This lesson details these mechanics.

How To Hit a Curve Ball. This lesson assumes
that the hitter is fundamentally sound. This lesson details the
mechanics necessary to drive, not just hit, a curve ball or any
other off-speed pitch.
LESSON #4 - How To
Increase Your Power. This lesson deals with everything a
hitter can do to increase power. Swing mechanics, drills, and
checkpoints are listed that will have a direct influence as to a
hitter reaching their maximum power potential.
LESSON #5 - How To
Increase Your Batting Average. This lesson deals with
the steps a hitter goes through to better their batting average.
